Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading the pharmacy team, ensuring customers receive excellent service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the pharmacy team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Accurately process and fill prescriptions in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Provide expert drug counseling to customers and prescribers.
- Handle third-party billing and maintain accurate records.
- Promote and administer immunizations safely.
- Maintain inventory, especially controlled substances, with precision.
- Possess a current Pharmacist license in the state of PA, with no board restrictions – or have a PA license in process or willing to obtain ASAP.
- Graduate of a US School of Pharmacy or have passed a foreign equivalency exam.
- Successfully passed the NAPLEX exam.
- Competitive pay up to $74.00 per hour.
- Annual bonus potential of 10% plus merit increases.
- 40 hours/week with some 12-hour shifts (3 days off/week).
- Low-premium Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus PTO.
