As a Housekeeping Associate at Holiday Inn Express Grove City (Outlet Center), you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our guests have a pleasant and memorable stay.

• Ensure that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
• Restock linens, towels, and amenities in rooms and public areas as needed.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or a strong desire to provide excellent service.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
