LPN District Float Position in Strongsville School District

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic LPN to join our team in the Strongsville School District. As a District Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in our community.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated LPN to provide medical care and support to students in the Strongsville School District. The ideal candidate will have a current LPN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing and be knowledgeable about communicable disease prevention and medication protocol.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care and support to students in the Strongsville School District
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student health information
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in school nursing

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing
  • Knowledge of communicable disease prevention and medication protocol
  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
