Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Project Manager to lead our test team effectively. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, review outputs, and implement course corrections as necessary. This role involves collaborating with various functional teams to manage test efforts, preparing reports, tracking KPIs, maintaining dashboards, and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily test team management, reviewing team output and making necessary adjustments.
  • Communicate effectively with various functional teams to coordinate test efforts.
  • Prepare detailed reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain dashboards for stakeholder presentations.
  • Identify potential risks and formulate risk management plans in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Manage carrier certification processes such as PTCRB and GCF, including scheduling, testing, and execution.
  • Leverage experience in modem and telephony technology stack to troubleshoot issues.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with cellular radio technologies (2G/3G/4G LTE, VoLTE, 5G) and their implementations in mobile devices and networks.
  • Utilize network simulators from Anritsu, Keysight, or R&S for testing and validation purposes.
  • Apply knowledge of Android and Linux environments to enhance testing processes.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Electronics & Communications or Computer Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of project/program management experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in managing carrier certification processes (PTCRB, GCF).
  • 2-5 years of experience in modem/telephony technology stack and troubleshooting.
  • 5+ years of familiarity with cellular radio technologies (2G/3G/4G LTE, VoLTE, 5G) and their implementations in mobile devices.
  • Experience working with network simulators from Anritsu, Keysight, or R&S.
  • Familiarity with Android and Linux environments.
