**Job Summary**

The Detox Counselor Assistant/Case Manager will work under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor of Maryhaven Addiction Stabilization Center (MASC). This role will be responsible for providing chemical dependency and mental health counseling, case management, treatment planning, and client management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide chemical dependency and mental health counseling to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
  • Conduct case management and client assessments
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care

**Requirements**

  • Masters, Bachelors, or Associates degree in human services or behavioral science
  • State of Ohio certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) required
