As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our computer networks to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our Government information assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain overall responsibility for the Network delivery team, providing daily supervision and direction to personnel across the Network Team.
  • Provide Tier II-III network/desktop support, troubleshooting network connectivity problems and taking corrective measures to ensure an expedient resolution.
  • Install, administer, support, and maintain server hardware, peripherals, software, and operating systems, with experience in Juniper, Cisco, and Aruba networking equipment.
  • Collect and review network utilization data for capacity and planning purposes, and assist in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
  • Interface with vendors for procurement & maintenance of all IT infrastructures, and support the development and delivery of training sessions to ensure staff understand network resources.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • DoD Secret Clearance required
  • Non-remote (relocation incentive available)
