About the Practice

The FQHC outpatient health center provides healthcare for all ages, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. The call schedule is 1:5 weeks. The practice is busy and established, with 1 NP, 1 PA, and 2 physicians. The physician will see patients per day.
