CNC Maintenance Specialist

Position Overview:
The main objective of this role is to diagnose and rectify issues with various CNC machining centers and production machinery, carry out general upkeep tasks, and enhance the facilities in accordance with the Maintenance department's guidelines.

Work Schedule:
This is a first shift position operating from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute mechanical and electrical repairs on machining centers and production equipment as required.
2. Gather and analyze data on equipment to assess downtime trends.
3. Address breakdowns and perform maintenance tasks.
4. Utilize GDT&A knowledge to conduct specific measurements on CNC machinery.
5. Develop strategies to modify machinery and equipment for enhanced operational performance.
6. Employ hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments effectively.
7. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and other teams to ensure seamless equipment functionality.
8. Construct and refurbish various mechanical assemblies.
9. Carry out comprehensive maintenance and minor facility repairs as necessary.

Employment Type:
Full-time

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or CNC Machinist role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery.
- Electrical expertise.
- Experience in welding and fabrication.

Preferred Experience:
- Maintenance experience with DMG or Mazak machines.
