Job Title: Authorization & Accnt Verification Specialist

**About the Job:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Authorization & Account Verification Specialist. This role is responsible for validating and securing authorization for Advanced Radiology's diagnostic testing services.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Validate orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Obtain and verify patient insurance eligibility and prior authorization requirements.
  • Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve discrepancies and obtain necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on pending and denied authorizations.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Knowledge of health insurance eligibility, authorization guidelines, and coordination of benefits.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year,
depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
