Adecco is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mebane, NC. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing complex maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment, including injection molding machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance on production systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, align, calibrate, inspect, and test a variety of production systems and equipment.
- Perform hydraulic, pneumatic, high voltage electrical, and mechanical repairs on Injection molding equipment.
- Set up and repair assembly line equipment within established parameters, including conveyors and robots.
- Assist in installing new equipment and moving equipment to new locations.
- Disassemble machines and parts, adjust, repair, or replace defective parts and materials.
- Use a variety of basic hand and power tools and equipment, including hand drill, bench grinder, and band saw.
- Instruct the Production Team on the proper use of equipment.
- Maintain appropriate maintenance and repair logs.
- Clean and lubricate parts and equipment as scheduled.
- Learns all aspects of machine maintenance and becomes cross-trained in all areas of molding/assembly equipment.
- Requisitions parts needed for completion of preventive maintenance responsibilities.
- Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
- Maintenance experience repairing plastic injection molding equipment or manufacturing machinery.
- Requires experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles and systems.
- Skills with PLCs and Robotics helpful.
