- 3+ years of experience with Property & Casualty Insurance and/or Specialty Insurance
- Experience in policy administration or other core insurance services, with an advanced understanding of the policy administration life cycle
- Account management experience
- Ability to build and foster relationships across the organization and with our brokers/clients
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience with relevant business applications and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Effective team player
