Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage, damages, and liability
  • Conduct field inspections of losses, including accurate scope of damages, photographs, and written estimates
  • Negotiate with insureds, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve claims
  • Manage claim files, including diary systems and expense accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of insureds, agents, and other internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • General knowledge of estimating system Xactimate preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills - Advanced
  • Organizational and time management skills - Advanced
