Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Infant Lead Teacher to join our team at Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County. As a key member of our early childhood education program, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for infants and toddlers, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement daily programs and activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of infants and toddlers
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment that fosters a sense of belonging and security among children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to share progress and address concerns

Requirements:

  • Early Childhood Education Certification or equivalent
  • Basic Stars Training
  • Ability to engage with infants and toddlers in a positive and supportive manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $21.25 to $22.54 per hour plus a $1 differential
