Gpac, a renowned search firm specializing in multiple industries across the United States, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate board-certified plastic surgeon to join our esteemed team.

About the Position:

  • We are looking for an exceptional surgeon to provide a full spectrum of reconstructive surgery, with a focus on microvascular surgery (highly preferred).
  • Our talented surgeon will perform a variety of cosmetic procedures one day per week at our Murrieta office, showcasing their expertise and artistry.
  • Maintaining a high standard of patient care and surgical outcomes is essential for our team.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS).
  • Fellowship training in microvascular surgery is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is required.
  • Excellent surgical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety are paramount.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • A highly competitive salary of $450,000 per year, with a 40% production bonus on all cosmetic procedures.
    • $450,000 base salary.

    • On-call pay: $800 per night.
    • New graduates: $400,000 base salary with bonus potential.
