Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and safety-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. This role is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of project specifications, including contract drawings and scope of work.
  • Plan, implement, and manage tasks in alignment with project priorities and objectives.
  • Monitor and guide team members to ensure quality and efficiency in their work.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
  • Direct the use of equipment and machinery, ensuring proper training and compliance.
  • Oversee the preparation and loading of materials and tools for daily operations.
  • Safely operate various machinery and tools, including heavy equipment.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs for company vehicles.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and lead multiple teams effectively.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints and project layouts.
  • Valid driver's license required for operating company vehicles.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to pass drug tests as required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
