Senior Meat Cutter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for driving sales in your area, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations.
• Process meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Drive business results, ensuring commitment to operational excellence and planning for profitability.
• Ensure quality and standards for high-volume meat products, eliminating waste and securing fragile merchandise.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
• Model high-quality service and products, executing the basics at the highest possible level of quality.
• Interact with associates to understand roadblocks and assist in training them to perform job-related duties.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
• Able to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
