Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000 - $160,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer – Process Modeling to join our dynamic and innovative team within the Synthetic Molecule Process Development (SMPD) group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing robust and cost-effective processes for the manufacture of new small molecule pharmaceuticals. You will utilize advanced process modeling tools and digital twin functionalities to enhance process understanding and implement model-based design of experiments for process characterization and risk assessment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in chemical reaction engineering and catalysis, with proven ability to demonstrate skills in these fields. You should also have extended experience with commercially available reaction kinetic modeling software such as Ansys, ReactionLab, Dynochem, and gPROMS. Additionally, proficiency in communicating and data collection from systems such as sensors, controllers, and industrial systems is essential.
