Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Hillcrest Firethorn in the Lincoln area. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals by utilizing your assessment and evaluative skills to determine an appropriate physical therapy plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completes evaluations for referred individuals, utilizing appropriate tests and measures to establish a timely plan of care in compliance with departmental standards and federal and state regulations.
  • Completes patient treatments efficiently in accordance with the plan of care, progressing patients as appropriate to achieve established goals.
  • Accurate charging of services and provides documentation to support the charges and provision of therapy services within facility guidelines.
  • Manages each patient's plan of care effectively by timely interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with physician involvement as needed.
  • Supervises, collaborates, and delegates appropriate care to assistants, techs, and other support personnel per federal and state regulations.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program required.
  • New Grads encouraged to apply. Robust onboarding is provided.
  • Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska as a Physical Therapist.
  • BLS certification by the AHA required.
