Nail Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts.

• Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Use professional skills to meet the individual needs of each guest, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Educate guests on home maintenance and the benefits of additional services, resulting in high retention and increased treatments and retail sales.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the salon and individual workstations, adhering to Omni standards and guest safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the Spa therapy team to consistently provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests.

• Nail or Cosmetology License required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in nail therapy.
• Compliance with State Board sanitation/sterilization procedures.
• Meticulous cuticle clean up and overall finish work.
• Proven sales and recommendations background.
• Team player with high personal standards and values.
• Excellent client care, guest service, and attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to update technical skills through ongoing training.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
