Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical, emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' abilities to perform daily living activities safely and effectively.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, including treatment frequency and modalities.
  • Document patient progress and modify care plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and recovery.
  • Assist with patient discharge planning and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.
  • Supervise care provided by support staff in accordance with established standards.
  • Maintain a safe and alert working environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required for licensure.

Experience:
No prior experience is necessary.

Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, lifting, and walking are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively and utilize vision for various tasks.

Licensure:
Must hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
