Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and skilled operators for a medical warehouse environment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $18.55/hr

Work Schedule:
3rd Shift Production Schedule - Choose between a 10-hour, 4-day work week or an 8-hour, 5-day work week.
Shift Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday or 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday - Thursday, with potential overtime on weekends.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine setup, operation, and minor maintenance of moderately complex automated manufacturing equipment.
2. Control and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
3. Inspect in-process components to maintain consistent quality, removing any defective products or materials.
4. Assist in root-cause analysis for any process or product discrepancies.
5. Utilize prescribed gauges and fixtures to check work against close tolerances.
6. Document all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance activities accurately.
7. Identify and troubleshoot basic issues related to machine performance and product quality.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA compliance preferred).
- Relevant experience in food, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing is advantageous.
- An associate degree in a technical field is acceptable with no prior experience.

Essential Skills:
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate across departments.
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality to ensure production efficiency.
- Capable of handling semi-routine assignments and recognizing deviations from specifications.
- Independent operation within the constraints of approved documentation is required.

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows operating systems.
