We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our tax department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and in-depth knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.

• Tax Planning and Preparation: Oversee the preparation of federal and state income tax returns, as well as provide guidance on tax planning, structure, research, and compliance for various entities.
• Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to excel in their roles.
• Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their tax needs.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

• Professional Qualifications: CPA license, 5-8 years of public accounting experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in spreadsheet software, and excellent math skills.
