Job Summary:

As a Staff Pharmacist at UVM Health Network - Central Vermont Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy team. Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, you will be responsible for performing professional functions associated with the practice of pharmacy in an institutional setting, as authorized by the Vermont Board of Pharmacy Rules and Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and patient education.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely medication ordering and dispensing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication profiles.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Vermont Pharmacy License.
Computer and data entry skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of pharmacy experience, preferably in an institutional setting.
