The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $70-90K, plus commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a company vehicle, health insurance, PTO, 401K, and more.

You will be responsible for:

• Communicating effectively with high-end residential clients, custom builders, and other professionals to develop and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with the design and project teams to create breathtaking outdoor spaces that meet client expectations.
• Presenting designs and proposals to secure new business and maintain strong relationships throughout the installation process.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, landscape design, construction, or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency in CRMs, BOSS, social media, AutoCAD, and Structure Studio.
• A degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, or a related field.
