Job Summary:

As a Dishroom Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dishroom, washing and sanitizing tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. You'll also be responsible for loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, as well as reporting any functional or mechanical problems.

What We're Looking For:

  • A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better
  • No restaurant experience needed
  • Ability to work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment for long periods of time
  • Physical ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
  • Ability to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50lbs frequently
