Job Summary

The Home and Community Based Services Aide is responsible for providing support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions to enable our patients to remain in their own homes. This includes performing tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to patients in their homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Report observations and incidents to the Agency Director or Account Manager

In addition to providing exceptional care, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and training programs designed to enhance their skills and knowledge.
