Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Laboratory Director to lead our quality control process in DCS Lab's dental laboratory. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $90,000-$130,000.

About the Role: As a Quality Control Laboratory Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, training staff, and conducting regular inspections and audits. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that all dental prosthetics and appliances produced in the laboratory meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control Management:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections and testing of dental products to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
    • Identify and address any quality issues or non-conformances in the production process.
  • Training and Development:
    • Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
    • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the laboratory.
  • Audits and Reporting:
    • Prepare and present regular quality control reports to management.
    • Coordinate and prepare for external audits and inspections.
