Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Professional Nurse to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our hospital.
About the RoleThe Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital will independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific. Please refer to the specific clinical unit.

- BSN degree preferred.
- National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
