Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and professionalism.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Cerner experience and community hospital experience preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
