Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our patient services team, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draw blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.
  • Prepare blood samples for lab testing while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and maintain a positive image of the company.
  • Work independently with minimal on-site supervision and demonstrate organizational commitment.
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment and perform with confidence in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
  • Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical training: Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
  • Minimum of 6 months experience.
  • One(+) year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.
