Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students in K-12 settings, providing individualized support to help them achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Assess and evaluate students' communication skills, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, using evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Monitor student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed
Requirements
  • Wisconsin SLP license
  • Masters in Communication Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
  • 2+ years of school experience preferred, but not required
