We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital. As a collaborative team member, you will provide direct patient care under the guidance of licensed providers, utilizing your critical thinking skills and knowledge in infection control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and assess patients, administering tests, blood draws, and vaccinations
- Document nursing care in the EMR system and perform administrative duties
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify opportunities for quality improvement
- Provide training to new members and excel in emergency situations
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Licensed in the State of South Dakota or able to obtain upon hire
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
