We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. As a Cath Lab Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide safe care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Direct and coordinate the care of assigned personnel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide appropriate care of interventional patients, including balloon pump, angiojet peripheral interventions, and rotoblator.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Experience in a Cath Lab or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
