Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience leading and building jobs, processing details, and working with various materials, including super alloys and exotics. The ideal candidate will be able to understand build and detail prints, delegate work through departments, and assemble jobs to print within specs.

Responsibilities
  • Understand build and detail prints to delegate work through departments
  • Assemble jobs to print within specs
  • Work with and coordinate with managers
  • Machining a variety of materials, including mild steel, tool steels, plastics, alum, and exotic super alloys
  • Advanced blueprint and assemble prints
  • Work toward continuous improvement of processes and operations to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain good housekeeping and preventative maintenance of all equipment and facilities
  • Work one on one with managers and department leaders on work instructions and processes
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team-work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience building and managing complete projects
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Experience with all types of materials, including super alloys and exotics
