Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Installation and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at HOME HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING I. This role involves the installation, service, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial establishments.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, to ensure efficient operation and optimal performance.
  • Test and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, using specialized equipment to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Clean and inspect ducts, vents, and other components of HVAC systems to maintain cleanliness and prevent damage.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions for complex HVAC challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an HVAC technician or comparable education is strongly preferred.
  • Must be highly motivated, able to work independently, and willing to learn new skills and technologies.
  • A valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass regular drug tests and be open to background checks.
