Key Responsibilities:
  • Define plans and procedures for complex software and hardware subsystems
  • Debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces
  • Develop test environments to resolve identified conflicting issues
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to resolve technical issues
  • Prepare and present technical briefs to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8-10 years of prior relevant systems integration and test experience
  • Experience working on Global Positioning System (GPS)
  • Hands-on integration experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving software system execution problems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a Satellite Ground System development or operations environment
  • Experience with ground station and satellite domains
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
  • Experience with EclipseTM or EquinoxTM
  • Experience with Java, C++, or Python
  • Experience with Linux operating system
