We are seeking a Residential Youth Therapist to join our team at Angels' Safe Haven, a behavioral health residential facility providing service to boys 11-17.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide supportive protective oversight and behavior management of resident children/youth.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote resident dignity, independence, individuality, strengths, privacy, and choice.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior or physical condition.
  • Document resident's progress and regression in daily case notes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or health-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Current Fingerprint Clearance Card through Arizona Department of Public Safety.
  • CPR, First Aid certification.
  • Possession of valid Arizona Driver's License.
