We are seeking experienced and professional Skid Steer operators to join our team at Michigan Allied Lawn and Landscape, Inc. for the winter season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate skid steer machinery to clear snow from commercial and residential properties.
  • Arrive at the office or shop when called in after a snow occurrence.
  • Stay in contact with site crew lead or management throughout the route as needed.
  • Report any issues or concerns noted on site regarding plowing or clearing.
Requirements
  • Previous experience operating a skid steer type machine with a bucket.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work anytime there is a snow occurrence where plowing or salting would be required.
