About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Magnet Program Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in promoting nursing excellence and evidence-based practice throughout our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the ANCC Magnet recognition program(s) and promote nursing excellence and evidence-based, professional nursing practice.
  • Assume responsibility for personal competence, growth, and development.
  • Cultivate and champion unit and facility level quality improvement, performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and nursing research projects.
  • Promote and publish nursing projects both internal and external to the organization to promote nursing excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing with a minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience and 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice and preferred specialty certification in nursing in the current area of practice.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
