Job Description

**About the Role**

Springwell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Home Care program at our Waltham office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical supervision to Case Managers and RNs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide regular supervision to Case Managers and RNs, focusing on administrative and clinical aspects of their work.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Coordinate in-home services through a network of vendor agencies, ensuring compliance with program regulations.
  • Train staff on new policies and procedures, providing timely feedback on performance.
  • Ensure services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, meeting the needs of our clients.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social services, with a focus on supervision and leadership.
  • Supervisory experience preferred, with a proven track record of success.
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field preferred.
  • A reliable vehicle, current driver's license, and safe driving record required.
