Associate Recruiter

Alliance Health System is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Associate Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while growing a strong talent pipeline.

• Source and attract suitable candidates through various channels, including databases, online employment forums, and social media.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff to identify future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends and best practices to implement efficient and effective recruitment methods.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven sales experience and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
