**Project Overview:**

We are currently seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee the development of several construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction sites, supervising volunteers, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise construction volunteers in a manner that encourages future participation, with an emphasis on safety, quality fellowship and mission.
  • Assure that each job site is properly maintained and orderly, and that each home under construction has the appropriate display of permits and signs.
  • Address all safety concerns promptly and ensure that a first aid kit, directions to emergency care, and drinking water are available at each work site.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in construction management or supervision.
  • Ability to supervise and train volunteers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
