Leasing Representative

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a skilled Leasing Agent to play a pivotal role in marketing our property, screening potential residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the leasing office.

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents
• Answer incoming phone calls and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Stay up-to-date on current availability and waiting lists, and contact prospects
• Maintain accurate and detailed resident files
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents to promote a quality living experience and maintain high occupancy levels

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year of property management or face-to-face sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to learn other software as needed
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance
• Weekend availability required
