About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recruiting Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' hiring needs and helping them to attract, identify, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the hiring process for our clients, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks
  • Review resumes and schedule candidates for interviews, providing exceptional customer service
  • Update candidate information in our applicant tracking system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Support the sales team by communicating with prospects and scheduling appointments, building strong relationships with clients
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to client onboarding and ongoing support
  • Participate in other projects as requested, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Previous office experience in a small, growing business environment
  • Client service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
