United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a qualified Home Manager Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or a related field, as well as 1 year of supervisory experience. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a single residence, including direct care staff supervision, training, and program responsibilities.

Job Description

The Home Manager Leader will be responsible for implementing activities that reflect training objectives in each client's individual service plan, engaging residents in activities of choice that reinforce ISP goals, and promptly reporting any emergency or crisis situation to the supervisor. They will also coordinate transportation and supervision for residents, ensure proper maintenance of the van when necessary, and attend annual ISP meetings for each resident if needed.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, coworkers, and community members. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a GA Driver's License and vehicle insurance are mandatory. Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
