About the Role

The Hospitality Aide plays a vital role in maintaining a positive and supportive environment for residents at Golden Creek Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. This position requires a team player who can assist with daily tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily tasks such as making beds, passing out fresh drinking water, and serving food trays
  • Transport residents to and from dining rooms and activities
  • Label and store personal items, including clothing, bedpans, and toothbrushes
  • Read mail and write letters for residents upon request
  • Complete inventory of personal items upon admission and update as needed
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining treatment and nurses stations
  • Participate in facilitating designated activities
