We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at ReqOverflow. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and treatment to adults in our patient-centered care model.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze comprehensive data to determine patient diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
- Advocate for patients and their families as part of our interdisciplinary team.
- Identify expected outcomes and ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
- Educate patients and their families about medications, procedures, and treatments.
- Act as a patient safety advocate and ensure a collaborative and supportive care environment.
- 1 year of acute care RN experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Current ACLS certification preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
- BSN degree preferred.
- Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a-7p.
- Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a.
