Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to telemetry patients with various medical conditions, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Monitor and interpret electrocardiogram (ECG) readings to identify cardiac rhythms and abnormalities, utilizing your expertise to make informed decisions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, demonstrating a strong understanding of pharmacology and treatment protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing patient-centered care and outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed, promoting effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a strong foundation in critical care nursing principles and practices.
  • Active state license and registration as a Registered Nurse, with a current CPR certification.
  • Additional requirements may be provided during the interview process, but a strong background in telemetry and critical care is essential.
