Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful and timely delivery of projects as outlined by credit union leadership.
  • Collaborate with team members to allocate resources, establish criteria, manage timelines, and oversee budgets.
  • Anticipate and plan for potential risks and conflicts proactively.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to update stakeholders on benchmarks, status, and outcomes.
  • Monitor project goals and ensure team members remain focused on their tasks.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple diverse projects across various stages of completion.
  • Regularly assess how project management efforts align with organizational needs and successes.
  • Stay updated on business operations, member expectations, and emerging technologies that could enhance organizational efficiencies.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in business, management, or a related field is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Possession of an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a similar credential is required.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or a minimum of 5 years with an Associate's degree.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or software is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to take on a leadership role.
  • Capability to engage professionally with a diverse range of individuals on a daily basis.
