This position plays a vital role in steering the effective and timely execution of various strategic and operational projects, all while supporting the credit union's mission of enhancing financial value for its member-owners.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful and timely delivery of projects as outlined by credit union leadership.
- Collaborate with team members to allocate resources, establish criteria, manage timelines, and oversee budgets.
- Anticipate and plan for potential risks and conflicts proactively.
- Utilize strong communication skills to update stakeholders on benchmarks, status, and outcomes.
- Monitor project goals and ensure team members remain focused on their tasks.
- Simultaneously manage multiple diverse projects across various stages of completion.
- Regularly assess how project management efforts align with organizational needs and successes.
- Stay updated on business operations, member expectations, and emerging technologies that could enhance organizational efficiencies.
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in business, management, or a related field is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Possession of an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a similar credential is required.
- At least 3 years of project management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or a minimum of 5 years with an Associate's degree.
- Familiarity with project management tools or software is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to take on a leadership role.
- Capability to engage professionally with a diverse range of individuals on a daily basis.
