Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized physical therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and developmental level
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes
- Provide functional supervision and mentorship to junior staff members, promoting professional growth and development
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and advancements in pediatric physical therapy
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1+ year of full-time experience as a PT I treating pediatric patients
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices, as well as CHLA's patient care policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- A graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current licensure by the Physical Therapy Board of California and BLS Healthcare Provider CPR certification
