Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized physical therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and developmental level
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes
  • Provide functional supervision and mentorship to junior staff members, promoting professional growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and advancements in pediatric physical therapy
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1+ year of full-time experience as a PT I treating pediatric patients
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices, as well as CHLA's patient care policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • A graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure by the Physical Therapy Board of California and BLS Healthcare Provider CPR certification
